Treva has over 25 years of experience in the image and communication industry in both business and healthcare. She’s a local and national speaker, coach and leadership facilitator who “brings it all” and then some to her gracefully charismatic and powerfully entertaining learning and coaching sessions. Her dynamic message is filled with dozens of real business challenges and her powerful systems compel her clients and audiences to action with unparalleled vigor.

Treva is the area’s only Certified Business Etiquette Trainer. She offers modern, relevant, fun and engaging programs for your employees to improve staff morale, customer service and company culture. She advises how business professionals can take their career to the next level by showing them how important using proper manners and professional etiquette is in the workplace and have fun doing it!
Born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, Treva earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls and a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of South Dakota. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence and Certificate in Leadership Development in Healthcare from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She is also a Certified Leadership Facilitator through the Leadership Management Institute. Treva also holds certifications as an image consultant and in foreign accent reduction. Treva enjoys her coffee every morning (with a lot of creamer), 80’s music, cleaning closets (really!) and spending time at her home on West Lake Okoboji with her family.
